Terms and Conditions

• Respect other players. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or target people with hateful or abusive conduct. Do not share another person's private information without permission.
• Keep play fair. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with matches, manipulate rankings, or use tools that give you an unauthorized advantage. Report serious bugs through the available support channels instead of using them to disrupt play.
• Use the platform lawfully. Do not post illegal material, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Follow room and booking rules. Respect lobby hosts, game-specific rules, and the safety instructions given for VR sessions. Do not disrupt a booked session or misuse equipment or shared spaces.
• Keep account credentials private. Do not impersonate another person, sell or transfer an account, or use another player's account without permission.

Provide truthful information when you create or update an account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise. Tell SkinsMonkey promptly if you believe someone has gained access without your permission.

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and have any permission that law requires. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's use where the law places that responsibility on them.

Access may depend on service availability, compatible equipment, network conditions, and any account or tier requirements shown for a feature. We may maintain, update, suspend, or remove parts of the platform when reasonably needed for security, technical operation, or legal compliance.

Account access is personal and may not be sold, rented, or transferred. If an account is suspended or closed under these terms, do not create another account to avoid that restriction.

Paid access tiers and VR bookings are offered on the terms displayed when you place an order. Prices, billing frequency, included features, and any taxes or fees will be presented before you confirm the purchase.

If a tier renews automatically, the checkout information will state the renewal interval and price. By placing the order, you authorize the applicable recurring charge until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a recurring tier through the account or billing method identified at purchase. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you select for amounts due. Keep that payment information current. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited until the balance is resolved.

Refunds, booking changes, and cancellations are handled under the conditions shown for the purchase and applicable consumer law. A VR booking may have a separate cancellation window or attendance requirement; review those terms before confirming it.

We may change future prices or tier features. Any change to a recurring charge will be communicated as required by law, and you may cancel before the change applies if you do not accept it.

To the extent permitted by law, SkinsMonkey does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every game or feature will remain available. Online play can be affected by networks, devices, maintenance, and services outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any rights you have as a consumer. Where the law permits, SkinsMonkey is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. You remain responsible for your own conduct and for safeguarding your account and equipment.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the platform, security needs, or legal requirements. We will provide notice of material changes where required. The revised terms will state when they take effect. If you continue using the platform after that date, the revised terms apply; if you disagree, stop using the platform and cancel any recurring purchase before its next renewal.

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent the law allows. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
